Please read these different policies carefully before using (as “User”) the website privatetoursinestonia.com and other online features including, but not limited to, emails, newsletters, and text messages (the “Services”) operated by RA Inspire OÜ (“we”).

CANCELLATION POLICY

We in the tourism industry know that sometimes things just happen. It’s OK. As a User, you can always cancel and if done correctly we will fully refund you. A confirmed reservation can be cancelled by a User at any time up to the moment of the actual event.

• When cancelled more than 48 hours before the tour, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.
• When cancelled less than 48 hours before the tour or in the case of a no-show, no refund is issued

Terms of Service

A. Bookings

After submitting your booking via our website we do our best to confirm your tour or contact you in 24 hours. Due to increased workload during high season (May-September) we might not be able to process every booking so fast, so if you don’t get a response from us or book less than 24 hours before the tour please contact us by phone.

All tours are subject to availability. Paper free confirmation accepted.

B. Cancellations

A confirmed reservation can be cancelled by the User at any time up to the moment of the actual event.
• When cancelled more than 48 hours before the tour, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.
• When cancelled less than 48 hours before the tour or in the case of a no-show, no refund is issued

C. Payments

We do ask 100% pre-payment for our tours. You can pay by credit card through our secure payment system or PayPal, we can send you an invoice via email if you require one.

Please note that if your group has made a pre-payment deposit and some members do not show up, they will lose their deposits.

Gratuities to the guide/driver are not included in the tour price.

D. Changes

All changes (routes, number of participants, times etc) to confirmed tours are subject to availability and must be requested by the User at least 48 hours before the tour depature time.We try to accommodate all requests for changes and, as a general rule, there is no extra fee for changing your booking if you do it at least 48 hours before your tour.


E. Disclaimer

Please be aware that our tours take you to the outdoors and in different weather conditions. When booking a tour you acknowledge that participation takes place at your own risk and insurance is not provided as part of the service.

If a passenger shows up intoxicated or is offensive towards other participants of the tour or the tour guide, we have the right to exclude them from the group. In case our property is damaged by your misuse you’ll be responsible for covering the repair costs.

All our tours are in ENGLISH.

F. Other

Guests with mobility challenges – Please consult us for assistance with selecting a tour best suited for you. Most tour itineraries/vehicles can be altered to fit your needs and requirements.

Minors – We are pleased to offer a discount for travelers with a young family as follows: children 3 years old and younger are free and infant seats are available on request during the booking, 15% discount is available for ages 4-12. Kindly please note, all children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult 18 years or older in order to participate in our tour programs.

We process your personal data as little as possible. Your personal data will not be stored for longer than necessary for processing. We review your personal data periodically, after every 5 years.

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. H. Electronic newsletters

J. We may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

We may collect and use Users personal image/appearance during the service provided (tours purchased from privatetoursinestonia.com) in a visual/audio/audiovisual form, including, but not limited to, photographs, videos, digital images, renderings, voices, or accompanying written descriptions, which may be edited and used together with the work of other authors and/or individuals with or without my name, and published in multilingual channels, including, but not limited to, privatetoursinestonia.com, rainspire.ee, YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Flickr, as well as distributed to the partners of RA Inspire OÜ with the aim of presenting Estonia as a travel destination. Legal basis for data processing is article 6 paragraph 1 clause a) of the GDPR I.e. consent of the data subject.

We have the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will post a notification on the main page of our Site.
